"The test of our progress is not whether we add more to the abundance of those who have much; it is whether we provide enough for those who have too little."

Get InvolvedWe are happy that you visited with us today and hope that you enjoyed our web site. Many times people ask us what they can do to help the Wesley House. Our answer is always these three items. For those who want a little more, we have included our latest " Wish list".
-
Pray - Please keep us on your prayer list. Without those prayers, we could accomplish nothing. This mission is doing the Lord's work and His help is always needed.
-
Volunteer - We have need of volunteers to furnish meals and snacks, to help tutor, to do projects in and around the center, teach classes, and many other areas. Volunteers not only help reduce cost, but they add depth and variety to our programs. You may volunteer as an individual or as a group. Contact our Volunteer Coordinator, Sharon Earl, and download our Volunteer application.
-
Give - 35% of our budget comes from the United Way and the United Methodist Church national and district offices. We must raise the remaining 65% of our annual budget from individuals, churches, companies and foundations. No gift is too large or too small and every dollar goes directly to the operation of the Wesley House. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent of the law.
