More than 2000 years ago, an angel came to Mary and told her that she was going to have a baby. Even though she knew that it was physically impossible, Mary believed.

Mary did what the angel and God asked of her because of faith and love of the Lord. She was told that she would have a son and He would be the savior that was promised. And although she did not fully understand, she believed.

It is through faith that we learn to believe in the unseen or that which is not understood. They go hand-in-hand…faith, believe, and love.

For 101 years, the Wesley House has believed in the children and families in the inner-city. The Wesley House believes that if given the chance and opportunity, these children will reach for new goals and will become good Christian citizens. We have faith in them…we love them… and we believe in them.

Will you join us during this Christmas season of faith, love, and believing?

A gift of $500 will pay our transportation cost for 1 month. A gift of $200 will furnish a scholarship for a child for a semester of tutoring and learning. A gift of $100 will give a child 4 performing arts lessons in piano, violin, dance, or art. A gift of $50 will furnish snacks for 65 kids for a week.

No matter the size of the gift, please help the Wesley House reach the children and families of our communities. Reach out and help them to learn. Join us in believing in them, having faith in them, and loving them…just as the Lord loves us.

Matthew 10:42 “ And if anyone gives even a cup of cold water to one of these little ones because he is my disciple, I will tell you the truth, he will certainly not lose his reward.”
